I personally love diving into a bowl of un-popped kernels, the problem is that due to Orville Redenbacher's hybridization of popcorn, today's popcorn has less un-popped kernels. Well a few clever folks from Seattle have taken it upon themselves and discovered a way to create fully cooked un-popped popcorn kernels. Their creation ' Halfpops ' currently comes in two flavours (Natural Butter & Pure Ocean Salt, and Natural Aged White Cheddar) with a possible third flavour coming out soon.
