This years Canadian Film Festival is almost over, as it runs from March 28-31. Over the weekend XBMC 11, code named EDEN, was released. For those that don't know XBMC, formerly known as XBox Media Center, is probably the best media center for Home Theatre Personal Computing. I personally love diving into a bowl of un-popped kernels, the problem is that due to Orville Redenbacher's  hybridization of popcorn, today's popcorn has less un-popped kernels. Well a few clever folks from Seattle have taken it upon themselves and discovered a way to create fully cooked un-popped popcorn kernels.
